Cat & Kitten Adoption Fees
New Fees Effective 2/1/2021
- Over 10 yrs. of age - $50
- 8 - 10 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $65
- 5 - 8 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $75.00
- 3 - 5 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $85.00
- 7 mos. - 3 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $90.00
- 8 wks. - 6 mos. of age (spayed/neutered) - $100.00
Dog & Puppy Adoption Fees

- Over 10 yrs. of age - $50 +Dog License Fee
- 8 - 10 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $65 +Dog License Fee
- 5 - 8 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $75.00 +Dog License Fee

- 7 mos. - 3 yrs. of age (spayed/neutered) - $90.00 +Dog License Fee
- 8 wks. - 6 mos. of age (spayed/neutered) - $100.00 +Dog License Fee
All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and, if old enough, heartworm test for the canines. If animal is old enough, they will also have a rabies vaccine. Adopter will receive a Free Exam within two weeks of adoption at local vet hospitals-we encourage all adopter to take advantage of this form.
We do offer a twenty-four (24) hour hold on the animals but there is a $10 hold fee per animal. This is not refundable but will apply towards adoption fee upon the animal’s adoption.
RETURN TO OWNER(S):
These fees will vary depending on what service(s) have been provided to the animal:
- Return to Owner: No vaccines/just boarding $20 pick up within two (2) days each additional day will be $10 per day. We will verify with our Medical team to determine if any medical expenses will be charged.
- Return to Owner: Vaccines given $30 within three (3) days each additional day will be $10 per day.
- Return to Owner: Vaccines given and spayed/neutered after three (3) days $60 and we will microchip if owner will allow. This will only be if animal is claimed within four (4) to seven (7) days of arrival. Any and all return to owners after that will be charged regular adoption fee(s).
The shelter does not accept personal checks for adoptions of animals. The shelter will accept cash or credit cards only.
